A Few Of Our Favorite Things threw open its doors in October of 1999.
Situated at the corner of Main Street and Hawthorne, in Fallbrook's historic
Heart of the Village shopping district, the shop quickly became
a valued destination for both local residents and visitors alike

Co-owned by Pat & Budd Sutliff - with Pat managing the store -
A Few Of Our Favorite Things offers a wide selection
of gifts, collectibles, home décor items and antiques

Newly refurbished in 2004, the shop features quality offerings from scores
of companies, such as Fenton Art Glass, Boyd's Bears, Annalee,
Charming Tails, Sandicast, and Lenox, just to mention a few

Baby and wedding gifts are available, as well as cards and candles.
In fact, the shop stocks gifts for any occasion. Or budget

A Few Of Our Favorite Things' mailing list now stands at 2,000 customers,
a testament to the legion of satisfied shoppers who
have passed through the doors over the years

The shop offers an in-store preferred customer plan where computers keep track of purchases. With each $200 expenditure (excluding sales tax and large furniture) the shop sends a $10 gift certificate, good throughout the store

Pat & Budd Sutliff are an active force in the community, with Budd voted to serve as President of the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce in 2006, while Pat serves as the guiding light of the Fallbrook Merchants Association

As active members of the Merchants Association, A Few Of Our Favorite Things is one of the anchors of the Main Street "Open On Sunday" program

They also participate in the Village's
annual Joyful Traditions celebration at Christmas

As for A Few Of Our Favorite Things, Pat acts as the cornerstone of the shop. With a great "gift" for stocking the beautiful and unique, her eye for displaying the shop's offerings makes the items simply irresistible

Finally, as Pat & Budd swing shut the doors at the end of each day, they happily state that greeting and serving their loyal customers is simply fun.
